| In this thesis we review the theory of Josephson on Junctions, and the properties, and methods of solutions and applications of Fokker-Planck equation. This constitutes the theoretical basis of this dissertation. We treat the superconductivity electron as Brownian motion particle in period potential, by using matrix continued fraction method. We solve the corresponding Fokker-Planck equation of electron and obtain the Voltage-Current Characteristics of Josephson Junctions with thermal fluctuations. The results are consistent with the experiment's. In order to get a great recognize about Josephson effect, we discuss the steady state distribution function of Josephson effect at last. Based on this theory, we obtain the I-V curves of Josephson Junctions The result is similar to Chapter 2. |
