The polarized optic characteristic of nano-ZnO film and solution to laser signal is studied in this thesis. Our study theoretically introduced the optic characteristic and preparation measures of nano-ZnO powder and film, correlated theory of polarized light and so on. In the experiment, we fulfilled back scattering polarized optic characteristic of film and solution linking scattering theory of polarized light. We gained nano-ZnO film by sol-gelatin and it was available refractive index also the analyse of the depolarization experiment. We find that the available refractive index of nano-ZnO film is far less than common film, and is less under green light than under red light. With the data of the depolarization experiment we find that the depolarization weak extremum of p-wave is at the Brewster angle of its material. In the other experiment, we studied the polarized optic characteristic of nano-ZnO solution by the dispersant of absolute alcohol, gained the Muller matrix by 36 polarized detect and 2 image arithmetic. When the size of the powder is fixed, the back-scatting light is enhanced with the increasing of the concentration, the petal of the catercorner matrix's cell is also optimized. When the concentration of the powder is fixed, the scatting light is reduced with the increasing of the powder, the shape of petal is unevidence. The research of nano material's polarized optic characteristic have an important significance for the progress of nano material's optic characteristic and exert the material's capability better, settle an important theory foundation for laser-invisible and visible technology, marker and identify technology, sensor, semiconductor laser instrument, laser medicine and so on in the future.
