It is the supply chain competition in 21st century, the competition is based on time and customer's requirement, but the inventory management is the key point to improve the supply chain integration, agility and quick response. Inventory management will affect the performance of supply chain from end to end.The article will study the store management project of OCS, SZ, adopting the real data from the company, also highlight the smart card industry characteristics, and analyze the problems of MRP and KPI of OCS, SZ. Use SWOT to analyze the MRP making process and improve the responsibility and organization, use the tendency revision moving average method and immeasurable forecast to improve the existing forecast method, analyze the material call-in schedule. We receive good output from these methods in practice, decreasing the bullwhip affections, adopt AHP to build good KPI system for smart card industry company since the current KPI is not working well, and most departments agree with the new system from the satisfaction survey, offering strong theory for the KPI system and weight building, it is indeed improve the current working process in the practice.Though the article is studying smart card industry company, but it is also can be adopted for forecast accuracy improvement and inventory KPI built for other lines companies. The article will analyze the specific characteristic for smart card company–the security control, this is encouraged to use for other companies who have the security requirement.In fact, all management methods will be variant in practice , whatever it is the forecast or the KPI system, all need to considering the actual situations, do the adjustment according to the new problems in practice and do the adjustment according to the development of the company, but no doubt that the principle of methods can be continuously adopted.
