In many life testing and reliability experiments, we need more time and more outlay. In this paper, we discuss the defination and estimation of the environmental factor, using the theories of the Maximum likelihood, Bayesian and Emprical Bayes. Simultaneity we show the process and method is good through the statistical performances based on Monte-Carlo simulation study. The main results are:First, based on the precondition of the fixedness of invalidation mechanism, we give the environmental factor's defination of several familiar life distributions, such as the.two-parameter exponential distribution, the two-parameter weibull distribution, the Pareto distribution and so on. A statistical methos of several distribution validations is presented.Secondly, the maximum likelihood estimation, the Bayesian and EB estimations for the environmental factor of many distributions are obtained. The interval estimates and interval limits are given.Thirdly, we obtained the estimateion of the reliability index using the estimate of the environmental factor. The statistical performances of the reliability assessment estimation are compared to the reliability assessment estimation when considering the environmental factor through the (MSE) based on Monte-Carlo simulation study. Finally, from the units to the system, the entropy method for reliability assessment of series connection system was presented when considing the environmental factor.
