Based on the project of Tianshan Road Geographic Information System, theTianshan Road GIS spatial database building in SQL Server-based database platformis discussed. And ArcSDE spatial database engine is used in the integration of themulti-source spatial data of Tianshan Road. ArclMS, IIS and ServletExec are used forthe network release of spatial data. Conducting multi-source spatial data integrationand network release; this paper focuses on the following key questions:(1) Issues of multi-source spatial data quality control: from the spatial datacollection, the errors in the processing are analyzed and several data processingquality control methods are explored;(2) Multi-source spatial data coordinate system and map projection: As themultiple sources of Tianshan Road spatial data. Coordinates and projection modes, inthis case, must be united to the same projections and coordinates to achieve theintegration of multi-source spatial data;(3) Tianshan Road GIS system of linear reference system and the dynamicsegmentation technology research: As one dimensional form, it has many advantagesin traffic routes using linear reference system. Used the linear dynamic segmentationthe number of features in traffic routes can be performed better. In this paper, thelinear reference system and the dynamic segmentation techniques are exploreddetailed;(4) The long event processing and versions management of the Tianshan Roadspatial data: The processing of spatial data is a long event; and using of the ArcSDEversion management tool, the can be multi-user data management can be achievedeffectively;(5) The research of the optimization of the spatial database.
