The Geoparks The Eco-tourism Development

As new products, geoparks tour can improve the knowledge of Earth-forming evolvement and the consciousness of the environment protection of the tourists.It can also promote the economy of local community. It is an effective way to protect geological remains. There are two problems in the development of geoparks must be taken care of: One is that the duality of geological remains is not embodied, the other one is that the contradiction between protection and exploitation of geological remains becomes more and more prominent.If geoparks want to keep sustainable, we must apply scientific and sustainable development ways. The principle between geoparks and ecotourism is unanimous to protect the environment, safeguard the right of tourists and promote the development of local economy. Using ecological development to geoparks can not only protect geological remains but also promote local economy.The thesis summarizes the researches before about geoparks and ecotourism, analyses the effect and principle of ecotourism exploitation in geoparks,designs the procedure of ecotourism exploitation. The thesis also puts forward to concentric circles model to protect geological remains, carves out the spheres of travel and undeveloped areas.The thesis also approaches the development of ecotourism production, puts circular development model into practice.The author makes investigation in ecological resources of Mancheng County Geopark and make appraises in individual and general. Based on this, the author makes SWOT analysis to the ecotourism development of Mancheng County Geopark and divides it into 5 groups: Shenxing, Caojiayu, Bailong, Liujiatai and Mancheng.According to the characteristics of each group, the author makes a functional classification and designs main ecological tourist products aiming at the tourist market of Mancheng County Geopark. At the end, the author puts forword to the development countermeasures in the propaganda, marketing,education, management and so on.The author makes an attempt on the fllowings:1. Develop Mancheng County Geopark from ecological angles.2. Appraise ecological resources in individual and general.3. Based on the characteristics of Mancheng County Geopark, divides it into 5 groups and determines the characteristics of each group.4. On the basis of the ecotourim markert of Mancheng County Geopark, layout the ecotourism products.
