The search of high energy hadron collision producing lepton pairs process is useful for finding quark distribution in hadron and checking correctness of model which can explain the EMC effect. Therefore, many people do a lot of researches and discussions about parton distribution function in nucleon and calculating QCD correction of the process. Nuclear effect should be considered when we make calculation especially in A-A collision Drell-Yan process. The nuclear effect to reaction cross section can not be neglected. In these nuclear effect, nuclear shadow effect and nucleon Fermi movement effect have been taken account of, but nuclear binding energy is often neglected as a small value when calculating reaction cross section by a lot of people because it is too small compared with collision energy. In this paper, we calculated nuclear binding energy effect in C-C, Ca-Ca, Fe-Fe, Sn-Sn, collision Drell-Yan process in the aspect of energy. Firstly, we modify the square of virtual photon four momentum by using nuclear binding energy formula, and then calculate the effect of nuclear binding energy to K factor and Compton sub process and annihilate sub process in these A-A collision Drell-Yan process in different energy. Finally, we calculate QCD non- perturbative effect to the K factor of Sn-Sn collision Drell-Yan process at different energy, because the QCD non-perturbative effect have relation with the centre-of-mass system energy.
