EMC effects reflect that free nucleon structure functions are different from bound nucleon. Nuclear effects of nucleon parton distributions function is introduced through the interaction of high energy particle and nucleus. The parton distribution functions of bound nucleon is obtained. So we can better explain to the experimental results of A-A and P-A. We can calculate the differential cross section and find new physics and new matter state.When we research nuclear environment in inner structure of the nuclear distribution function, only by using the structure function of the nuclear data given by lepton - nuclei deep inelastic scattering experiments ,it can't determine the small x region of the up quark and the big x region distribution of sea quark. Through nuclear Drell-Yan process of proton– nuclei collisions, it is an important means for people to study nuclear quark– gluon distribution. There is the energy loss effect in the proton - nucleus collisions of nuclear Drell-Yan process for the heavy-nuclear target, we need deducte the influence of the effects as determining the distribution of sea quark. While it can be ignored for light nuclear targets. So,by means of nuclear Drell-Yan process of proton-deuteron collisions, we can study the parton momentum distribution of nuclei.In this thesis, by adopting the nuclear effects function of deuteron quark, sea quark given by HKN and parton distribution function in proton proposed by CTEQ, we calculate the ratiosσpdσpp of Drell-Yan process cross section between proton - deuteron and proton– proton, and compared with the E866 experimental data. The results of the group is agree with E866 experimental results, apart from the big x region( x >0.2). The influence of deuteron effect of the nuclear structure function in proton-deuteron and proton-proton reaction Drell-Yan process toσpdσpp is very small. Therefore, we can use the experimental data of Drell-Yan process in proton-deuteron collisions to research the parton distribution function of the proton, especially for the flavor asymmetry of sea quark.
