This article introduced how to construct processing system of "theexperiment of strain measurement using optical fiber speckle" and "the pulse nuclearmagnetic resonance experiment" using virtual instrument technology. The system hasreceived good effect in the teaching.Optical fiber transducer has the broad application prospect. This article introducedhow to design the experiment of measuring strain with fiber speckle. It produced theexperimental principle,the test installation, the test method and operating software.Acquiring the fiber speckle picture with CCD, calibrating the strain sensitivity withcantilever beam, figuring out the strain by correlation coefficient of fiber speckle. The testinstallation is simple, easy of operating, may be used in the commercial measurement.The processing system of pulse nuclear magnetic resonance experiment constructedwith LabView acquired the resonant signal with computer sound card, demonstrateddatum with chart, obtained the result with Fourier transformation and linear fit. Itovercame the shortcoming of low measuring accuracy, the large number of data and themathematical processing difficulty.Depending on the LabView formidable mathematics tool, this article proposed to usenonlinear equation to measure relaxation time. It is simple and has high precisioncomparing to the traditional "Zero value" method.LabView adopt the graphic programming environment and the module design,support many kinds of instruments and operating systems, it is simple and high-efficient todevelop, the network is powerful, opening is strong. It is the first-selected softwaredeveloping platform in the optical test field. |
