This paper studied the time series-synthesis schema in area study about Shaanxi Province from 1998 to 2007 based on SPOT VEGETATION-NDVI resolution about 1km data during a period of ten day and month, sets by using the average vale method, divide the season to spring, summer and autumn, combine NDVI with the data of the same time temperature and precipitation sets by using the correlation analysis method, linear regression method about multivariate statistical analysis and space Interpellation , analysis the change characterized of vegetation cover, Aims To disclose the response of the regional Characteristics of vegetation change and The rule of the change about different types vegetation cover to factors for regional climate change. Main conclusions and progress are as follows:1. Space-time Distribution about NDVI, temperature and precipitation: Vegetation cover of the Shaanxi Province trends to increase indistinctly as a whole during 1998 to 2007. Especially the average spring and autumn NDVI indicates the most significant increase, the best months is August, The Space Distribution of vegetation assume the trends increases from west to east and increases from north to south. The best and worst temperature months are July and January. Temperature tends to increase with the latitude and longitude Northwest toward southeast. Especially the N.Shaanxi and Guanzhong Area. the reason about the N. Shaanxi is Drop away. Precipitation is centered in second half, rainy season and dry season clearly. Precipitation tends to increase with the longitude from south to north.2. Research on the Relations NDVI to temperature and precipitation in growing season: The research showed that different region climate have different impacts on vegetation cover and the sensitivity of vegetation to climate is also different. Relativity of spring NDVI about temperature is better than precipitation, increases of spring vegetation is based on the spring temperature and last year winter precipitation, NDVI is impacted on the later season precipitation. There exists lag between spring NDVI and winter precipitation; the temperature increase and precipitation decrease in summer, it make badly about vegetation grow. Increasing of summer vegetation is based on the spring temperature and summer precipitation, NDVI is impacted on the later season temperature. There exists lag between summer NDVI and spring temperature. Relativity of autumn NDVI about temperature and precipitation is lower than summer, it is because of the vegetation become yellow in autumn, the Relations NDVI to temperature and precipitation tend to decrease with autumn coming. Autumn vegetation is based on the summer temperature and precipitation.3. According to the variation of NDVI pixel numbers for the different time and level, the low cover area of NDVI≦ 0.2 had little decreasing trends and the middle cover area of 0.3
