| With the increasing shortage of energy sources in the world, it becomes more and more important to explore the petroleum resources. The telecontrol exploding system is an important aid equipment in petroleum prospecting, it is mainly used to accomplish wireless speech communication and long-range remote control epicenter explosion when prospecting in the open country, it can ensure the accurate synchronization between epicenter explosion and data collection. Most of the telecontrol exploding systems that are presently used in the domestic petroleum prospecting are from abroad or homemade analog manufactures, for these systems either have expensive price or have low timing precision and bad stabilities, which can not meet the need in practical applications very well, it is necessary to make the equipments digitized to reduce the cost and to improve the timing precision and stabilities. On the basis of the current manufactures at home and abroad, we have syntheses and improvements, we give a design plan of the digital telecontrol exploding system in this paper.This thesis sets forth the realization of the hardware and software of the digital telecontrol exploding system roundly. There are several tasks as following:First of all, it gives a brief presentation about the chief composition, functions and it designs the work process of the digital telecontrol exploding system.Secondly, it thoroughly discusses building hardware platform of the digital telecontrol exploding system, it emphasizes to analyse the electric circuit design of the force electricity module, and besides, it introduces the selections of the core components and the design proposal that uses DSP, FPGA, MCU of the digital module, and the choice of the data transfer radio station, etc..Then, on the basis of completed hardware platform, it designs and realizes the protocols and the main functions of the system, including: the main communication protocols, speech and other data communication process of the system, the synchro remote control exploding under basic mode or relay mode, and the functions such as AD conversion of the data from the well, LCD display, BootLoader, etc., it organizes and harmonizes all of the function modules on the software design of the system. At last, this paper discusses the process and results of the practical tests. The tests suggest that the proposal of digital telecontrol exploding system in this paper can realize the functions such as clear speech communication and accurate synchro remote control exploding, etc., it can meet the requirements of the system. Compared with the traditional analog telecontrol exploding system, the system that introduces in this paper has higher timing precision, higher security, lower power consume, and can be altered and upgraded easily, it has better capabilities. |
