Traffic Information Platform For Spatial Data Management System And Design

With the development of traffic of Jiangsu province,developing a traffic geographical information platform based on spatial traffic geographical information system become a very important aspect for Jiangsun province to realize the informationization of traffic.It can reduce maximumly the waste which caused by disunity of development by defferent departments,and resolved thoroughly the disunity standard which caused by defferent departments when they developed the information resources. Construct the standardized traffic geographic information service system can support strongly for traffic planning, industrial management, intelligent transportation, transportation scheduling and travel and so on.According to the design of traffic geographical information platform of Jiangsu province,this paper ,based on analyzing Adequately about system Functional Requirements,Performance requirements,Data Requirements and Platform environment,and taking advantage of SuperMap Objects platform,applying the technology of MVC frame,using the C# programmer language to complete the design of data Processing and management Subsystem which is part of Jiangsu province traffic geographical information platform.Firstly,the paper introduce systemically the theory of spatial data Processing and spatial data management. And then the paper explain the frame of the whole plantform and analyze the station,function,user,relation between this system and the other Subsystem of the platform.This paper introduce and analyze mainly the SuperMap Objects platform at home and abroad and fixed on the developing platform and languae according to the principle of choosing the developing of system platform. The paper elaborate detailedly the framework, internal function modules,the relation of Internal function modules and so on. By analyzing spatail data of system and the features of spatail database the paper realized the reasonable design of spatail database which based on Oralce.The paper introduce the main technology of system include spatail SQL query,eagle eye locating, spatail data engine and so on. Lastly, The paper summarize the research achievement based on C# programmer language and show the imperfectness of the Subsystem.The realization of spatail data Processing and management of geographical information platform make a great improvement to the whole paltform.
