Based On Ajax Technology, Human Resources Information System Design And Realization

As the enterprise management thinking gradually mature, people begin to realize that human resources management within the organization is not only a subsidiary management behavior, but also the key to the survival and development of the organization. This revolution in management thinking promotes the development of human resources informatization and the realizaition this operational pattern, which is from the initial information storage to information mining, from previously partly used by human resources department to the currently shared by all the members of the organization.Although Human Resource Information System has been widely used to a certain extent, as all the softwares are based on the traditional design, they still have much to be improved, especially in information sharing, interaction and so on. By integrating Ajax's Web technology into the enterprise human resources information systems, and through the asynchronous interaction, we can reduce the server burden greatly, create a more colorful and dynamic Web user interface which applicable to lcoal desktop the user and bring a better experience to the users.The human resources information system we are researching is an informatization management project designed for the said unit. The article starts from the current state of human resources information system analysis of domestic and foreign enterprises, pointing out the traditional human resources information system deficiencies. After an in-depth study of Web2.0 core technology such as Ajax, as well as the BSC (Balanced Scorecard), KPI (key performance indicators), and other human resources management new ideas and methods, it designs a set of human resources information system based on Ajax technology and meeting the need of enterprise human resources informatization.From the perspective of software engineering, the article does the demand analysis and detailed design of the systmen. It adopts Ajax technology in the modules of organization, wage calculations to achieve the dynamic page updates and quick to load. It also gives an in-depth analysis and discussion of the Ajax application.The system development has been completed.It has passed the trial operation and has been officially put into practical use. The practice shows it fully meet the demand of the company. Finally, the test of the whole systmen,as well as the analysis and conclusion of the test have been done.
