The complexity and the concealment of contribution of the lithologic reservoir makes it difficulty to quantitative recognize the water-oil-gas distribution between the wells, the flowing state, and flowing law. Thus brings up difficulties to optimize and adjust the development plan, and so severely blocks the reasonable exploration of the reservoir. The most common method is making test of the fluid producing profile, and predicate the water-oil-gas distribution combined with the reservoir numerical simulation. However, because of the heterogeneity of the lithologic reservoir and the uncertainty of the key parameters of the edge and bottom water distribution, such as the location, scale, and the speed of the water invasion, makes the interpretive result show multiplicity, so makes it hardly concisely predicate the actual condition.Another method is the new developed 4-dimension seismic technology in the last few years, but whether it can works depends on both the precision of the seismic signal and the highly precision of the 4-dimension seismic technology. The model and the algorithm of the inverse of the seismic signal is not yet perfect. A number of factor can affect the seismic signal, the present seismic inversion technique cannot yet fully reflected the influence, specially as to the situation that multi-factors act together, which the inversion of seismic can not yet consider of. Besides the 4-dimension seismic technology can only explain the large scale reservoir changes. This article calls in the 4-dimension seismic technology to resolve the predication of water-oil-gas distribution in the intermediary and later stage. Simulate the dynamics of the water-oil-gas changes in the course of the reservoir exploration by the reservoir numerical simulation combined with the 4-dimension seismic technology. This article firstly surveys the forecasting approach of the water and oil distribution, pointed out applied condition and the exiting defect the dynamic analysis means, numerical simulation means, reservoir monitoring means. Based on this, intended to cited the numerable simulation cooperated with 4-dimension seismic technology, to overcome the problem of accuracy affected by 4-dimension seismic inverse algorithm, expel the ambiguity when regulate the parameter of the numerical simulation model. Then researched the measure of the reservoir numerical simulation cooperated with the 4-dimension seismic technology, converted the physical parameter attribute modeling which calculated by numerical simulation model to the seismic forward geological model, applied the convolution calculation to carry out the 4-dimension seismic forward modeling, contract the synthesized seismic records with the actually seismic records, make the 4-dimension seismic records the constraint condition when regulate the parameters of the numerical simulation model to improve the correctness of the reservoir numerical simulation. Based on analyzing the single factor of the applied condition of the 4-dimension seismic technology, through the seismic forward measure that is the synthetic 4-dimension seismic technology via numerical simulation model, put forward the analyzed measure that is the seismic signal is affected by multi-factor, and based on the measure, comprehensive analyzed the many factors of the actual reservoir, investigate the feasibility of the 4-dimension seismic technology of the actual reservoir. Finally applied this measure on the injection exploitation of one of the national reservoirs, the result shows that reservoir numerical simulation contacted with the effective 4-dimension technology can exempt the multiplicity effectively, reflect the oil-water change law in the course of the actual injection exploitation.
