It is taken N1-N21reservoir hanging wall of GaSiKuLe oilfield as the research object.Combined with the geological features. It is a comprehensive application of geology and developing dynamic data. It is guided by the reservoir engineering theory and numerical reservoir simulation theory. By means of computer and by the method of combining the reservoir engineering with the numerical reservoir simulation, this paper strives to provide a reference for the distribution of the remaining oil N1-N21reservoir hanging wall of GaSiKuLe oilfield.By the analysis and evaluation of the result of the development of reservoir, it is benefitial to get a further understanding of the history of the development and exploitation of the potential of the reservoir. Through the analysis and evaluation of reservoir water utilization, water flooding reserves producing situation, injection and production system suitability, well pattern control degree, water flooding control degree, and combined with the results of numerical reservoir simulation, it comes up with that the I up series of strata is the main direction of tapping the potential of reservoir, because the degree of producing reserves is relatively poor compared with7series of strata of the reservoir hanging wall.Currently, each series of strata of the N1-N21reservoir hanging wall of GaSiKuLe oilfield is lower than reasonable formation pressure. It is supposed to reduce the ratio of oil wells by adjusting the well pattern while increasing the production of injection-production ratio through optimizing production measures to make up for the shortfall formations, improving the formation pressure gradually and proportionatiy. Through the development of strata subdivision, multi-segmental layered water injection, to improve the technology level of layered water injection can effectively reduce the conflicts between stratas to improve the producing degree of water flooding. The average degree of reservoir hanging wall recovery percent has reached31.13%, the remaining oil is enriched in the well area, no well controlled area, sand body edge, pinch or small sand body parts. The predicted result from the development shows that the recovery percent of increased range is limited, and the governance of last period of production is difficult. The adjustment production index of the reservoir prediction recovery rate will reach48.2%by2020, and it will be increased by1.5%than the basic scenario prediction.
