The Global Positioning System (GPS) is the currently relatively perfect System of the Global Satellite Navigation System (GNSS),it has the advantages of concealment, autonomy, all-weather etc.In the conventional weapons,Artillery is still indispensable to the modern war.How to combine the Artillery and satellite navigation technology is one of the important ways for artillery to realize precision guidance.Combining a research project of weapons,this paper explore and research the artillery-borne GPS receiver in-depth,and through the whole team's cooperation achieved the artillery-borne GPS receiver,which has the capabilities of anti-high overload,10 second or less rapid positioning and high accuracy.the author's work and results are as follows:First,this paper planns the overall structure of the artillery-borne GPS receiver, and design the whole circuit of RF(Radio Frequency)front end modules,the correlater model based on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) and the navigation information processing model,which is the three model of the receiver.Second, design the power management model of the receiver by means of power evaluation analysis,and then finish thereceiver's printed circuit board design in the request of small size,signal integrity and anti-high overload by Protel DXP.Third,aim at the positioning accuracy problem,this paper optimize the carrier phase smoothing pseudorange algorithm,and prove the feasibility of this new algorithm in actual test,the result indecate that the method significantly improve the positioning accuracy of the GPS receiver.Finally,verify the receiver's positioning performance in the static, high overload and dynamic environment,after that,by the support of our tutor's project,carry out a real artillery shoot experiment,and achieved a good result by the end.
