With the development of information technology, developing new information material and new component structure has become an important direction of microelectronic technology development. Since 1983 US has started to study the biology chip computer, each developed country has raised the upsurge on to study on this aspect. As the protein molecular switch is the most basic component of biological computer, it is great significant to the microelectronic technology development to systematically studied the physical characteristic especially the temperature characteristic of the protein molecular. In this project, we studied the temperature characteristic of the protein molecular cattle IgG which was immobilized on the surface of silicon wafer. We elaborated the feature of the protein molecular, the immobilization methods of protein molecular, at the same time; the current- temperature relationship of the protein molecular was analyzed theoretically. Firstly, we used the chemical modification method to make surface modification of the platinum membrane which was deposited on the silicon wafer, so that its surface could have lively carboxyl groups. Secondly by the action of the activation solution, using the condensation reaction between the protein molecular and the carboxyl group to immobilize protein molecular cattle IgG on the silicon-based surface. Then tested and analyzed its temperature characteristic. The result indicated that, the current of protein molecular cattle IgG decreased along with the increasing temperature, the current temperature coefficient is-2.744%/℃.
