Luliang oil field has many characteristics, such as lots of layer systems, large pressure differences between formations and severe disturbance between pay formations of oil wells. The reserves of low permeability layers can't be explored. Meanwhile, the production rate is very slow and the effect is very poor. This requires selective mining calculation exactly for output and water content of each layer which provides the fundaments for the research of formation dynamic management.The new oil recovery method needs to design the new pipeline and tools, reconstruct the mouth of oil wells program, optimize the combination of equipments and calculate the stress and load. All of these could make the whole system work well.The selective mining and transportation pump and technology have been developed successfully by the careful investigations. The new programs of the shaftmouth and the guide book have been made already. Thus, the problem about defence of paraffin controlling and removaling f has been resolved. The whole technics system becomes getting better and better. Ten wells have been tested in three years and the pump-testing period was 360 days. The conflicts of production between layers have been eliminated gradually and got the great effect of increase production. The research of measurement pumping technology of selective mining and layering of Luliang oil field provides the new oil extraction technology for multizonereservoir development. The new pattern patents of selective mining and transportation, selective mining well head, selective mining and transportation line have obtained.
