In this paper, the design and development of AMS2.0 (Automatic Monitoring System) has been studied, and its application in the subway project were introduced. For the Leica TCA2003 Total Station (Georobot in short), this article focuses on the GeoCOM interface technology, one of its two modes of development, analyzes and researches program implementation steps of the automatic monitoring module and data processing methods and deformation analysis and forecasting. This paper presents a new data processing method called multiple real-time differential, effectively reduced the meteorological factors impact on survey data. In the use of time series analysis theory to predict deformation data, taking into account the power of Matlab software, especially in the matrix processing, proposed mixed-use VB and Matlab to program, which greatly improves the efficiency of data processing. Through application in specific projects and comparison and analysis of survey data, the paper proved that AMS2.0 can satisfy the general engineering requirements, and have a certain value.
