Metallophthalocyanine (MPc) has analogous structure to metalloporphyrin. With the stability and diversity, metallophthalocyanine has been extensively used as catalyst and modeled catalytic oxidation through oxidase-like, catalase-like, peroxidase-like mechanism. The catalytic oxidation reactions with MPc, supported on the carrier to obtain new catalyst. The benefit of catalyst is heterogeneous catalysis . Here, cobalt tetraaminephthalocyanine (CoTAPc) supported on the carbon fiber materials was investigated.In this article, we used carboxylic acid-functionalized carbon fiber (CF) and carbon nanofiber (CNF) to attach CoTAPc by amide bonds and obtained two new catalysts (CoTAPc-CF and CoTAPc-CNF). Catalysts were characterizied by ATR, UV/Vis, XPS and so on. The emphasis was placed on the effects of reaction conditions and comparative analysis. oxidase-like, catalase-like, peroxidase-like activities of two catalysts were also studied.In the oxidase-like system, theβ-mercaptoethanol was used as substrate. Using ultra performance liquid chromatograph (UPLC) to detect the change in concentration of the substrate and the product. Experimental data graph demenstrated the kinetics of catalytic reactions accorded with enzyme via the catalytic oxidation ofβ-mercaptoethanol and indicited that catalytic activity was CoTAPc-CFCoTAPc-CNF. CoTAPc-CF could be used as recycle catalyst.In the peroxidase-like system, the catalytic oxidation of Rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) was achieved. It indicited that adsorption and catalytic velocity were that CoTAPc-CF < CoTAPc-CNF. The reactivity velocity increased with the rising of the pH and temperature. When NaCl and isopropanol existed, it demonstrated that catalytic mechanism was not the hydroxyl radical. When surfactant existed, cationic surfactant promoted the adsorption and catalytic capability of catalyst, canionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant declined the adsorption and catalytic capability. The adsorption and catalytic oxidation capability for Acid Orange 7 and Basic Green 1 were also observed, the result showed that the conjugate plane of substrate affected catalytic oxidation because of the interaction with the carbon fiber materials.In the catalase-like system, the catalytic reactivities of H2O2 decomposition were studied in the presence of CoTAPc-CF and CoTAPc-CNF.
