Bohou screen is one of the best screening device for difficulttly screened material in the world at present, it is widely used in coal preparation plant. However ,the pros and cons of Bohou screening's work performance will directly affect the screening efficiency. In this paper, in view of the problem BHS40110 Bohou screen of Fuxin AI You mine such as the greater thrill , easily broken of the bottom wire , corner cracks of the roof square beamand other problems, Dynamics and Modal analysis are conducted .Finally some conclusions are made to make some improvements.Mechanical mode can be built according to Bohou screen of the structure and working conditions, the dynamic parameters of screen surface are obtained from the mechanical model and its dynamic parameters . Then make force analysis to of the screen surface, the greatest height of toss of the materials can reach as much as 0.3 metres,which is calculated in combine the dynamic parameters of the screen surface with materials analysis, this is the reason why the bottom wire f the screen is easier to break. So a mesh screen whose function is to limit bounce height of the materials is proposed to fixed to reduce the high polishing materials'assault on the bottom of the sieve machine.In the Pro / E three-dimensional software,created the three-dimensional geometric models of the main vibration parameter components of BHS40110 Bohou screen (a damping spring, side, eccentric block, silk screen plates, bearing square beam), and conducted a virtual assembly.Load analysis of the bearing square beam is conducted in the ANASY ,the result is that maximum stress of bottom corner of the bearing square beam is 21 Mpa. The stress of the other place is about 14 Mpa.This is because the long hours'wok will product fatigue damage to square beam, so fatigue crack will frist appeare in the bottem cornor of the square beam, so the rib's thickness should be thickened,to reduce stress, improve whole life of the square beam.Modal analysis of the springs, side and bearing square beam are conducted in ANASY,the result is their several low-level natural frequencies are away from the screening machine operating frequency.Then after the Bohou screen is simplified to a spring-mass system of two freedom degree, harmonic response analysis is carryed out, It is found that during the the boot process , screening machine will occur resonance when the frequency reaches 2HZ and 4HZ, bring in large amplitude. This is the main reason why Bohou screen will appear greate thrill during the boot process. A theoretical basis is provided in order to improve the screening machine design.
