The application of Indium has already gone deep into each realm of national economy, but it does not exist in independent industrial deposits which could be used for exploitation, most associated in Zinc Concentrate, extracted from the byproducts of Zinc Smelting Process. In all the production technology of Zinc Smelting, acid leaching under pressure which showed many advantages has been put into produce. This dissertation focused on technique of Indium precipitation from pressure oxidative leaching liquor with Jarosite Process, Goethite Process and sodium tripolyphosphate as the precipitatant, which not only well pre-concentrate Indium, but also separated Iron from main metal Zinc, reducing production cost.In the first part, Influence factors of Indium precipitation rate from pressure oxidative leaching liquor use Jarosite Process was investigated. Compared with Ammonium Jarosite, the capacity of Indium precipitation with the Jarosite Process was better in the same condition, reaction time were 3 hours, far lower than that of Ammonium Jarosite. We got the optimum conditions:pH value was 1.73-1.75, the temperature was 96-98℃, the molar ratio of Iron/Indium was above 200, reaction time were 3 hours, added seeds is needed. The Indium precipitation rate was above 97% when the seeds load was 1.5 times of the weight of theoretical produced Jarosite, the Iron precipitation rate was also about 98%.In the process of Indium precipitation from pressure oxidative leaching liquor with Goethite, we found that Indium precipitation rate was good when adding Iron. The Indium precipitation rate was 96.5% when reacted 3.5 hours; the Iron precipitation rate was 86%. It was far higher than that without Iron adding, which only 20.75%when reacted 3.5 hours. Furthermore, the Indium precipitation rate had no obvious change when prolonging reaction time, which supported that it reached the limit, this rate was the maximum rate.In the second part, Influence factors of Indium precipitation rate from simulated and actual pressure oxidative leaching liquor with sodium tripolyphosphate was investigated. The results showed that the Indium precipitation rate was above 95% when the pH value was 2.5-2.7, reaction time were 1.5 hours and the molar ratio of sodium tripolyphosphate was 0.91:1 with the concentration of Fe3+ below 0.04 g/L, it reduced to 34% from 96% when the concentration of Fe3+was 4.3 g/L, Fe2+,Cu2+,Zn2+ and temperature had no significant effect. Also, the possible mechanism was proposed:with sodium tripolyphosphate, In20HP3010·9H2O was precipitated at first, and then transformed into...
