In this paper, in order to mine the background of the actual research projects, mainly at the scene to take the survey sampling, laboratory research, field monitoring prediction, research methods, such as theoretical analysis, the main selection for the YTC branch goaf large use of acoustic emission technology monitoring, and the use of acoustic emission technology forecasting theory of untreated air to evaluate the stability of the district for the follow-up to provide the basis for the safe production. The main research contents are as follows:(1) The use of materials SDAES digital presses and systems, such as acoustic emission equipment, through on-site laboratory sampling method of selection from the Yunnan Tin Group Branch 31-1 # Orebody goaf three rock samples (marble, granite, sulfide minerals) to force the destruction of the acoustic emission characteristics of the process of laboratory research. Through experiments reveal the process of rock failure stress, strain, acoustic emission parameters and time parameters of the relationship between the rock and experimental study of acoustic emission in the AE of rock and rock elastic moduli, Poisson's ratio, velocity analysis, such as combining, destruction of rock acoustic emission characteristics of a study to examine the mechanism of rock destruction, looking for rock damage criterion for instability goaf AE provide a theoretical basis for prediction;(2) Experiment in the field of acoustic emission as a result of effective monitoring of the probe radius is limited, so prior to conducting on-site monitoring goaf numerical simulation of rock-out area to determine the stress concentration area, to identify unstable rock mass that may occur position, and then simulation results based on specific arrangements for the probe to probe monitoring of acoustic emission signals for the rock as much as possible information on the stress concentration area;(3) Or rock-site monitoring of acoustic emission information, the use of gray-mutation theory, the stability of rock goaf forecast model, and, in this based on rock-out area of geological instability of this type of project disaster forecasting mathematical mechanical model, which uses gray theory of on-site monitoring data to predict the development trend, forecast by calculating the mutation theory of sequence data "Δ" value, from "Δ" the value of changes in the situation to determine the stability of rock mass.
