| In this paper, SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) was used as raw material, through free radical grafting reaction, the anode membrane SBS-g-(AA/StSO3Na) was prepared by SBS reacted with acrylic acid (AA) and sulfonic styene(StSO3Na), the cathode membraneSBS-g-DMAEMA was prepared by SBS reacted with dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA). The component and morphology of SBS BPM were characterized by IR, TGA and SEM.Adopt tungstate/pertungstate as media to indirect electrooxidate hydrophobic monascus red colorant to prepare hydrophobic monascus yellow colorant in cathode. SBS-g-(AA/StSO3Na)/SBS-g-DMAEMA Bipolar Membrane was used as the separator between the cathode and anode chamber in the electrolysis cell. H+ genetated by BMP immigrate throught the anode membrane into the cathodic chamber to supplement the H+ consumed by the reaction. The experiment results show that graphite as electrode,10% sulfuric acid as anode electrolyte,0.5 g/L hydrophobic monascus red colorant solution as cathode electrolyte, tungstate concentration:15mM, pH:3, flow rate of oxygen:65cm3/min, electrolyze 2h under the current density of 5.78mA/cm2, the average of current efficiency of cathode was up to 72.39%.By means of cyclic voltammetry, the most appropriate media environment for generating FeO42- was concluded:concentration of NaOH>14mol/L; Apply SBS-g-(AA/StSO3Na)/SBS-g-DMAEMA Bipolar Membrane as the septa of electrolysis cell, use cast iron and graphite as anode and cathode respectively,0.4mol/L diethylene glycol solution as anode electrolyte,10% Na2SO4 as cathode electrolyte. By means of UV-VIS and Iodometry, the best condiation of eletrosynthesis diethylene glycldehyde was obtained:concentration of NaOH 15 mol/L, electrolyzed 1h in the condiation of 25℃and 5.89 mA/cm2, the conversion of diethylene glycol was up to 64.28%, and the average current efficiency can reach 40%.Using SBS BPM as the separator between the cathode and anode chamber in the electrolysis cell to electrolysis lactose. When the mixture of 0.15mol/L lactose and 0.3mol/L KBr was used as the anolyte,0.3mol/LNaSO4 was used as the cathode electrolyte, during the current density was 34.25 mA/cm2 for 180min, the current efficiency was up to42.11% for electro-generation of lactose acid in the anode room and the yield of anode was 47.39%. |
