The activity of surfactant decreases greatly under high salinity, decreases much more under calcium and magnesium. Therefore, surfactant can't be used as emulsifier, wetting agent or detergent. While some bad oilfield is gradually exploited and a great many of oilfield have high salinity, the surfactant used as viscosity reducer in oilfield should have fine salt resistance. In the country and abroad, there are much preparation and application about salt resisting surfactant, however, oil extraction under high salinity still couldn't be actualized owing to the immature technology route, unsteady system and grave adsorption loss and high material cost. The branch-composite polyether derivative can reduce the viscosity of high-salinity heavy oil,while it reduces the body viscosity of oil. Moreover,the branch-composite polyether derivative can inhibit the corrosion of drill.Seawater cannot be directly as washing water beaucause of its high surface tension and its corrosion behaviour. General surfactant cannot effectively reduce its surface tension. But the branch-composite polyether derivative can reduce its high surface tension. Moreover,the branch-composite polyether derivative can inhibit the corrosion of metal after compound.So it can be used in salinity water washing.In this thesis, the branch-composite polyether derivative was polymerized by double metal cyanide (DMC) with Single hydroxyl polyether as initiator. According to appraising experiment, we found that the branch-composite polyether derivative was a excellent salt resisting surfactant. Even under high salinity the surfactant solution remained colorless and transparent without deposition and flocculation The branch-composite polyether derivative could protect the surface of carbon steel as a type of mixed corrosion inhibitors. Moreover,the branch-composite polyether derivative could reduce the viscosity of heavy oil. On one hand, this surfactant and heavy oil could form O/W emulsion after mixed with heavy oil and improve the fluidity of heavy oil. On the other hand, the branch-composite polyether derivative is a macromolecule surfactant, so that it could disperse heavy oil much better that usual surfactant.The article includes four aspects as following: (1) Briefly introduce research progress and oilfield application of salt resisting surfactant in the country and abroad.(2) The branch-composite polyether derivative was polymerized by double metal cyanide (DMC) with Single hydroxyl polyether as initiator The branch-composite polyether derivative was a excellent salt resisting surfactant..(3) According to appraising experiment, we found that the branch-composite polyether derivative could protect the surface of carbon steel as a type of mixed corrosion inhibitors.(4)Tthe branch-composite polyether derivative could reduce the viscosity of heavy oil Also,it can reduce the Surface tension of high salinity and can be used in sea water...
