In order to clarify the high viscosity principle of Tahe viscous oil and solve the problems of high viscosity and poor fluidity during transportation,this paper firstly studied the Tahe TH10138 viscous oil,Tahe TK677 viscous oil and Tahe TH123101through laboratory experiments.The rheological properties,viscosity-temperature characteristics,acid value,component content and formation water salinity of viscous oil were analyzed.The relationship between the four components and the viscosity was also analyzed.The reason for the high viscosity of viscous oil was further discussed by combining one thin oil as the control group.Then,the solubility,compatibility,interfacial tension,salt tolerance,clay inhibition and flocculation ability of the selected ten viscosity reducers were evaluated,and the 7-factor 2 level orthogonal experiment and the compound viscosity reducer were used.Finally,the effects of oil-water ratio,temperature,viscosity reducer concentration,salinity and pH value on the viscosity reduction effect were studied,and the viscosity reducer was analyzed by analyzing the natural dehydration ability and secondary viscosity reduction ability of oil-water emulsion.The compatibility was evaluated.Under the condition of 50?,the best viscosity reducer combination with oil-water ratio of 1:1 is 1000mg/L 21#viscosity reducer+500mg/L 7#viscosity reducer+0.4%Na2CO3,which can make heavy oil The viscosity reduction rate up to 98.3%,the dehydration rate of oil-water emulsion is more than 80%;the smaller the oil-water ratio,the lower the viscosity of the emulsion,the viscosity is mainly related to the viscosity of the dispersed phase;It is stable at 40? to 80?,and the viscosity reduction rate is 98%.The higher the mass concentration of the viscosity reducer,the lower the viscosity of the emulsion,but the concentration of the emulsion is no longer changed after the concentration of the viscosity reducer is higher than 1500 mg/L;the viscosity of the viscosity is higher than that of the viscosity reducer after the concentration of Ca2+is higher than 10000 mg/L.
