The preparation of micro-and nanoscale helical fibers was studied by different methods of electrospinning with one of the two mechanisms.The mechanism is that the different shrinkage of the two different elastic polymer can result in the formation of helical blended polymer fibers. In process of electrospinning, this two polymers conglutinated each other with different charge, and then the nanfibers fell on the conductive surface and lost all their charges. Nanofibers underwent a structural rearrangement and spontaneously contracted into curled or helical structures.Different methods of electrospinning were successful obtained 3D self-crimped complex nanofibers based on top of mechanism.Polymer TPEE and PBT were successful prepare 3D self-crimped nanofibers by side-by-side electrospinning and two-spinneret electrospinning. Nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM);TPEE /PAN compound nanofibers were characterized by EDS;Parallel disk method was successful obtained self-crimped ropy nanofibers and large area distorted nanofibers, we used SEM to characterize it;We also made some other effort and attempt.
