| With the rapid development of intensive livestock and poutry farms, the pollution of environment caused by the industry is getting more and more serious.Presently, aerobic fermentation is the main approach to make the livestock and poultry manurehamless and become useful resources, which could not only resolve the problem of pollution, but also plays a significant part in continuable development of agriculture.In this study, pig Manure and sawdust were used as raw material to produce bioogannic fertilizer in two phase fermentation process.In the first phase of fermentation process, Effective microorganism were added of in the composting to the speed of fermentation and improve the quality of product. At the end of the first phase,in order to increase the number of eddective bacteria,nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, potassium bacteria were used as effective microbial community,Aiming at providing neccssary parameters for sweeping treatmentis of manure and realizing the industrialization of bioorganic fertilizer.The results are as follows:1. Result of this experiment indicates that the composition of effectivemicroorgan isms:microzyme and lactobacillus, content of less the filamentous fungi and Photosynt heticbacterium.microzyme:lactobacillus:filamentousfungi:Photosynthetic bacterium=1500:1 000:300:33. In process of compost,maturity of the sample which was added bacterium to is faster than blanksample.2. The experiment showed that the effect that the treatment toxic manure of COD of high concent ration with Effective microorganism is remarkablel. The removal rates of major pollution indicators reach 96%. For manure of BOD that is very difficult to degrade with bio-chemicalmethod, the treating effects with Effective microorganism technology is remarkablel. The removal rates of major pollution indicato rs reach 94%.It is a new method and technology for manure treatment.3. It is necessary to optimize compostize conditions to enhance composting rate. The optimum condition was:moisture content as70%, C/N as 30:1, inoculation quantity as 1.5% and turning frequency as one time every two days.4. The traditional second fermentation technics was ameliorated as follows:complex microbial community which contained phosphate solubilizing microorganism,nitrogen fixationmicroorganism and potassium dissolving microorganism,wereadded in the second fermentation, the quantity of inoculation was 2%,the proportion was 1:1:0.75,and the fermentation time was 6days.The content of nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium had increased 14.67%,16.28%,12.22%.5. The result proved that the two-phased process was effective to decompose organic matter and speed up composting changing into humus,increase effective baterias,and lighten the bad smelly without filter water coming out. |
