With the social and economic development, water pollution incidents endanger people's life is becoming a major environmental health problem, especially sudden serious water pollution accidents, often not only bring about security and survival of people great harm, and the impact on the ecological environment great. In recent years, due to orporate environmental law, industrial accidents, water and land transportation accidents and floods, and other factors, water pollution accidents occurred frequently about China's major rivers.Nansi Lake of different types of enterprise, these enterprises play an important role in promoting the local economy development, but also leads to environmental pollution, especially sudden water pollution accident, having a direct impact on local water resources. Storage Nansi lake the important of south-to-north water transfer project, the water quality requirements more stringent.Therefore, monitoring of river basin sources of risk, control risk can be the source from the source to reduce or even eliminate the sudden water pollution accident. In this paper, a representative of Nansi Lake -ZhuZhao river,establish the risk evaluation index system and evaluation methods and standards, and finally the basin 12 enterprises evaluation classification and proposed the risk control countermeasures.This paper conclusions are as follows:First, through the investigation about Zhu Zhao river basin, this paper summarizes the enterprise information risk source of domestic and foreign literatures and expert consultation based on watershed risk source evaluation index system, this system including risk source element, environment element, personnel factors and prevention capacity factors were 15 indexes four aspects, these indicators to comprehensive reaction influence all aspects of enterprise risks.Second, Using analytic hierarchy process of index weight and the underlying index synthesis weights, has the very good consistency.The third, select the simple and practical method of risk evaluation that is comprehensive index method as a risk assessment method, the source of risk according to risk index is divided into three levels of risk; be very poor indicators of changes in law as a standardized way, by calculating the 12 companies in the basin standardized risk assessment; Finally, the standardization of indicators and targets for the weight values substituted into the evaluation formula, the calculated risk of 12 enterprises index of risk sources, and make the risk identification classification. The results of 12 enterprises have 2 risk levelⅢ, 7 venture levelⅡ, 3 venture levelⅠ, evaluation results with the actual situation, and evaluation model that the index can be used to source the risk of Nansi Lake comprehensive evaluation.
