A new type of Flexible copper-based alloys Cu-Zn-Al-Ni get through adding microelement Ni was explored by Ingot Metallurgy.Using observe metallurgical structure, tensile test at room,hardness measurement,electrical resistance test at room temperature,XRD and EDS, the influence discipline on metallurgical structure,mechanical,conductivity and corrosion resisting property of Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloys was researched. The results show that:(1)The Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloys crystal grain refinement, mechanical property,recrystallization temperature improved but conductivity property descended not obviously when added microelement Ni.(2)Through the isothermal annealing experiment about nickel-aluminum brass sheets with different deformation degree,the mathematics model of recrystallization annealing brinell hardness,annealing temperature and deformation have been established: Thereinto:y is brinell hardness,x is annealing temperature(℃),εis deformation degree(%)(3)The relationship between start recrystallization temperature and deformation degree of nickel aluminum brass is exponential damping trend.By curve fitting analysis the mathematics model is that: T = 442.86*exp(-ε/8.91)+ 256.94 Thereinto: T is start recrystallization temperature(℃),εis deformation degree(%)(4)With the solution,ageing temperature increased and time extended, The trend of tensile strength and brinell hardness of nickel aluminum brass was increased at first and then decreased. Under the experimental conditions in this paper,the suitable solution treatment of Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloy is 950℃/45min and the suitable ageing treatment is 400℃/8h.(5)The corrosion resisting property of nickel aluminum brass is that as-cast Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloy is better than hot rolling Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloy and hot rolling Cu-Zn-Al-Ni alloy is better than cold rolling.There is no aluminum elements in corrosion products by XRD detection .The reason is aluminum elements constituted Aluminum oxide in the process of corrosion,this oxide could protect matrix metal, decrease corrosive action and improve alloys'corrosion resisting property.
