Aluminum alloy deep-drawing plates were used more and more these years. High strength, thin sheet and little earing were needed. Texture has effect on earing and deep-drawing property. The texture is widespread in materials, so recrystallization texture and anisotropic property are important for the mechanical property of materials.By means of the pit-etching and Orientation Distribution Function recrystallization texture was determined. The paper systematically researched the influence of formation, condition of annealing, content of Fe element on the recrystallization texture and mechanical property.By research and analysis, deformation texture of cold rolled aluminum alloy sheets consists of Copper, Brass and S texture; recrystallization texture consists of Goss, R, Cube and Copper texture. Copper, Bress and Brass R texture reduce the strength of 45°orientation. R/S and Goss texture enhance the strength of 45°orientation. Brass and R/S texture enhance the strength of 90°orientation. Copper texture enhances the strength of 0°orientation.The anisotropy of strength and elongation decreases, when the temperature and time of annealing increase. The content of Fe increases, and recrystallization temperature increases. The anisotropy of elongation of 45°orientation is maximal. The anisotropy of strength of 90°orientation is maximal. The anisotropy of strength and elongation decreases clearly after annealing. When deformation increases after annealing, Cube texture decreases and R/S texture is strong, so the anisotropy of strength and elongation increases.
