The development process of giant Forging Press faces the prominent contradictions between the large carrying capacity and equipment required for manufacturing the structure. Ultra big formed ability and the high forming accuracy require that Forging Press has high strength and the high rigidity, thus it has brought the stern challenge for the manufacturing capacity. By using component forms such as partition board, crossbeam, stack, and column and so on, the giant Forging Press often divides into the overall construction the different level the built-up section. Between each built-up section the connection modes, such as the pre-tight bolt, the full coordination, the welding, and the event hinge and so on, are used to carry on the effective connection. Between the composite structure, Stress distribution, load transfer and stiffness matching are key factors which have immediate influence on equipment life, function and operation of the precision.Taking the 800MN giant drop forging press as object of study, from the three aspects which are combination rack pre-stressed assignment, manufacture error's combination way and the main body structural stress and the strained condition persistent effect monitors in the equipment movement process, this article conducts the research to the giant formation equipment load even transmission question, and provides the reference and the theory basis to enhance the giant formed equipment the reliability and the movement precision.1. The pre-stressed assignment form of pre-stressed combination rack is directly related to pre-stressed rack's rigidity level. Through studied the stress and the distortion situation of the multi-tension bars, the multi-backing strip built-up section under the different pre-stressed distribution form, this article obtained the pre-stressed rack's pre-stressed distributed optimization plan, improved the pre-stressed rack load transmission uniformity, and enhanced rack's rigidity;2. Regarding super elevation/long multi-branch parallel structure, because the structure size is huge, and the machine-finishing manufacture's error accumulates, it will cause the contact condition of the load bearing contact surface between the substructure to mutate, causes load transmission occurs to some direction or the region gathers highly, creates the structure fundamental destruction;3. The equipment movement's reliability and the service life rely on the long-term effective stress and the displacement monitor. Through observing finite element analysis's result, this article discovers the biggest stress and the deformation band about the complete machine essential load bearing structure. Considering the economy and efficiency, this article has established the giant drop forging press's long-term monitor technology.
