Paste thickener is the key equipment in the dry heaping of tails.In finance, the input costs of the dry heaping of tails counts a third of the tails stacking costs.In safety,the safety problems of the tailings dam could be avoided, which resulted from bad factors.So it is essential to study the paste thickener and the primary members.As the object of study, major structure is the tube structure. It has been studied that the loads distribution of the paste thickener major structure in the thesis, and it has been done that the mechanical analysis of the major structure. It is seldom seen that the dynamic study of the major structure on the thickener at home .The findings obtained from this research show that the product development cycle of the new Thickener can be shortened, and the design efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile the combination with finite element analysis makes its design structure more reasonable, its calculation more precise, its products much safer and more reliable, and its products more competitive, which has wide application promotion prospects in Thickener industry.The design theory can improve the design efficiency, accomplish product design with the advantage of reasonable structure, accurate calculation, high reliability by combining with the finite-element analysis, which can be used in the main structure design of the inspissation machines paste.
