Truck-mounted drilling rig have advantage of lightweight in structure, convenience to install and uninstall, simplicity and safety in operation, less occupied area and convenient transportation. It is ideal equipment of replacing similar module drilling rig and imported drilling-repairing rig with good market prospect. However,because it is restricted in transportation condition and bear capacity,traditional truck-mounted drilling rig is used for three thousands meters shallow well and under. The market requirements of truck-mounted drilling rig used in middle and deep well become more and more. The mast and substructure are important parts of bearing load, wind load and dead weight in making a trip, running casing and other operation, its stress status is quietly complex, and its structure design and calculation concerns performance and reliability of whole drilling rig, So it is significant to model and analyze structure by finite element analysis for mast and substructure.The development of mast and substructure of ZJ40CZ is based on ZJ30CZ drilling rig. The mast is W-type with forerake, guyline,telescoping and dual suit type. The lifting and lowering of mast is achieved by cylinder which is connected in trailer main beam and mast lower part. The wire rope of sheave for crown block and travelling block is parallel. The crown block is equipmented with lighting rod, aircraft warning light and auxiliary sheave and so on. The substructure consists of upper layer,middle layer, lower layer, ramp,escaping slide and other accessories. The substructure is installed at low place and lifted with whole parallelogram. Top layer with drill floor equipment is lifted work status by drawwork power after the mast erected. To accommodate bigger bear capacity and drilling depth,the valid height of mast, substructure and crown block and profile size are bigger than ZJ30CZ.The design specification is determined in accordance with GB/T23505 《petroleum drilling and workover rigs)),The max. rated static hook load is 2250kN. The design working condition includes working condition 1, working condition 2,predicted working condition, unpredicted working condition, lifting working condition and transportation working condition. Design and calculation are on the basis of 《specification for drilling and well servicing structures》 and AISC 《American Steel construction manual》 In order to achieve expected performance index and satisfy overall design requirements. This paper use SAFI—FEA. software of building steel structure to analyze and calculate whole stress of substructure, mast and crown block. It includes lifting and lowering working condition, different grade wind speed and different load combination working condition. It provides theroretical basis for the drilling rig reliability and documents supporting for API certification, and also provides data comparision for stress test and data supporting for mast cylinder.Comparing deformation influence by different outside diameter guyline to all sorts of working condition, it provides theoretical basis for choosing guyline.
