A silver-polymetallic ore is a silver-polymetallic mine including gold and copper with the silver as the main. At present , exsiting smelting process of the ore adopts total floating sulfide ore to product Silver-gold concentrate, which leaches liquid and slag using chlorination.Zinc powder taking the place of liquid obtains silver mud to recycle silver and gold.The slag recycles copper. Since its operation, its comprehensive recovery of silver is 65% and the gold is 80%, but its slag recycles only small quantities of copper. The existing problems of the mine is low recovery of main metal and total associated metal not yet been fully recycling.This paper studied influence about the dosage of ore pulp pH and collector to chalcopyrite and pyrite single mineral flotation behavior in different types of collector system. Compareing with a series of single mineral flotation test results, found that QP-03 showed a good selectivity in chalcopyrite and pyrite in flotation separation with low alkali conditions.later in the actual ore flotation process it also proves this point. In the actual ore trials, using QP - 03 can rapidly flotated a part of copper mineral, and later flotation silver mineral process using butyl xanthate not only reduce the grade of copper in silver mine, but also can get fast part of high quality copper concentrate. In the actual ore closed-circuit test got copper concentrate and silver concentrates. copper concentrate's parametesr are following:the grade of copper is 25.04%,and recovery is 43.82% ; grade of silver is 2590g/t, and the recovery is 12.8% and copper concentrate cu grade was 1.8%, recovery is 36.45%, silver grade for 1360g/t, recovery is 77.76% silver concentrate's parameters are following: the grade of copper is 1.8%, and recovery is 36.45%; grade of silver is 1360g/t, and the recovery is 77.76%.The mode of interaction between drug and two mineral (pyrite and chalcopyrite) was studied by analyzing the changes of mineral surface after the interaction and the amount of QP– 03 in remaining reagent liquid using infrared spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum of means testing.After QP - 03 processing and infrared spectral analysis, Chalcopyrite surface gernerated C = S key .Therefore we can figure out that chalcopyrite and QP– 03 reacted chemical adsorption.
