Applied Research, On-screen Automation Of Large Sets Of Positions Fumigation System

Each year, China imports large number of foreign logs with which malicious pests are often brought along to pose fairly big threat to our country's agriculture and forestry. In order to contain the invasion of foreign pests, strict national stipulation of plant quarantine and anti-pest treatment is applied in China.At present, the currently adopted traditional fumigation treatment is not ideal in efficiency, effect and safety. This dissertation reviews the existing researches on new fumigation mode, and analyzes the needs and feasibility of the establishment of large-scale integration automatic fumigation system. Based on the successful trial run of the large-scale intergration automatic fumigation system in Taicang Imported Logs Quarantine Treatment Zone, this dissertation investigates the system's application and management from 3 approaches. First is to set up the system's establishment standard which includes location, infrastructure and sub-systems; Second is to stipulate the system's operation procedure which includes operation conditions, steps, contents and parameters; Third is to verify the system's feasibility and effectivity, especially that in the cyclic utilization and emission reduction of methyl bromide. The rear part of this dissertation also analyzes the defects of the fumigation system in Taicang Port. All of it will provide references for the design, construction and operation of similar systems in China, and it will also help to support the stipulation of correlative national industry standards and operational regulations.
