On the treatment process, its operation functions, determine developing and trends, recovery confirmation and so on. The best judge is based directly on the activated sludge to determine the main function of microorganisms, which is the most effective and most reliable method to judge. However, there is Little research in this area in practice, as it involves subjects related to microbiology. There are some difficulties for environmental professionals in understanding, mastering and analysis.Based on the current in the stable operation of urban wastewater treatment cell body, in general, oxidation ditch, the three oxidation ditch, BAF, Cass several processes,dominated by setting the case of different microorganisms to study the case of various micro-organisms dominated the biological reactor treatment effect.Long-term daily use of analysis of data collected through the method of comparison, the four municipal wastewater treatment processes of the cell body of the protozoa and metazoan advantage of the cell body cell body analysis of advantages, including the oxidation ditch, the triple oxidation ditch, Cass process and BAF process. Study found that in terms of four kinds of process technology advantages and disadvantages of each process are relatively easy to stabilize at a certain protozoa and metazoan population balance between the range, resulting in each process is the removal of a substance rate is relatively high, the stability will be good, but will also effect on the treatment of other substances is not high.
