With the further development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to environmental issues,and environmental protection and sustainable development have gained the attention of people all over the world.Water is a non-renewable resource,global water resources are becoming increasingly tense,and water pollution is becoming increasingly serious.In order to protect the water environment and improve water quality,efforts are being made in developed and developing countries around the world,and the standards of urban sewage treatment plants in China are also constantly improving..On April 2,2015,the State Council issued the"Notice on Printing and Distributing Water Pollution Prevention Action Plans"Guofa[2015]No.17?referred to as"Water Ten Articles"?.In December 2016,the State Council issued the“Circular of the State Council on Printing and Issuing the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction”,requiring all localities to further increase energy conservation and emission reduction efforts and implement the task of reducing total pollutants.The originally designed effluent quality of the HC sewage treatment plant is the second-level discharge standard,and it should be upgraded to the first-level A standard as required.The purpose of this study is to study the upgrading process of the HC sewage treatment plant,and provide technical guidance for the plant to upgrade the standard without stopping production.Taking the HC Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Standard Upgrading and Upgrading Project as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of the influent water quality elements and influent water volume,combined with the existing treatment process,the plant's upgrading and upgrading process was studied.The main contents of the research include the analysis of the original process treatment effect and existing problems of the sewage treatment plant,the analysis and determination of the influent water quantity and quality of the sewage treatment plant,the selection and analysis of the upgrading and transformation process plan,the optimization of the design parameters and the process design,and the analysis of the operation effect.According to the actual measurement data of the sewage treatment plant?January 1,2017 to June 30,2018?,the design scale of the plant was determined to be 80,000 m3/d.According to the guarantee rate of 90%,the design influent water quality of the plant is determined as CODcr=308mg/L,BOD5=120mg/L,SS=51.5mg/L,NH3-N=35mg/L,TN=41mg/L,TP=3.41 mg/L.The design effluent water quality implements the A standard of the first-class standard in the"Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"?GB18918-2002?,specifically CODcr?50mg/L,BOD5?10mg/L,SS?10mg/L,NH3-N?5mg/L,TN?15mg/L,TP?0.5mg/L.BOD5/CODCr=120/310=0.39 of HC sewage treatment plant inlet water belongs to the range of biochemical treatment.According to the characteristics of the influent water quality,ensure that the original 60,000 m3/d treatment system will not stop running during the implementation of this project.Combined with the original treatment process,it is determined that the secondary treatment process of this bid-upgrading project will adopt load reduction operation and build a new AAO The process is used as the advanced treatment process.The advanced treatment process uses the"mechanical agitation flocculation+high-efficiency sedimentation tank"process,the phosphorus removal process uses the"biological phosphorus removal+dosing and phosphorus removal"combined process,the auxiliary carbon source is sodium acetate,and the disinfection process uses sodium hypochlorite.After trial operation,the operation results show that the construction and implementation of the HC sewage treatment plant upgrade and reconstruction project has achieved stable effluent water quality up to Class A discharge standards,which has a significant improvement effect on the aquatic and environmental quality of Wudao River.
