It reducethe large amount of duplication of work, saving design time, reduce costs.With thedevelopment of CAD technology, especially the growing maturity of parameterstechnology, makes the establishment of standard parts library possible. The currentmainstream CAD software has standard parts library, as a mainstream high-end CADsoftware, UG should also have standard parts library.Therefore, this article develop the standard part library system based on knowledgereuse on above NX6.0 platform.Compare to other standard parts library secondarydeveloped on NX platform,this standard parts library cover the majority of standard parts,full-featured, easy to operate.In the basis of searching a lot of material at home and abroad about establishmentstandard parts library, combining with knowledge reuse technology, Based on thestructural characteristics of mold and assembly requirements, to mold standard partsmatching, parameter-driven, fast assembly in-depth study. establish the standard partslibrary using parametric feature-based modeling approach,and provide fast assemblytool set, achieving standard parts intelligent assembly. In this paper, the results of thestudy: (1)established a three-dimensional mold standard parts library system, the interfaceshow standard model, each standard part correspond to a knowledge documents, whichinclude parts parameters, matching requirement,etc.(2)Standard search positioning,according to the needs of users need to search out the standard.(3)povided fast assemblytool set, achieving the intelligent assembly of standard parts.Achieve the assembly groupon the same position, and after that can edit, modify parameters, reproduce,etc.
