Low ration of C and N is the main feature of city waste water in our country. As the development of biological denitrification and phosphorus removal technology, the denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria, which has many advantages, such as, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low production of sludge and suitable for low C and N ration city-life waste water, is paid more and more attention now. Nowadays, most researches are based on SBR reactor. In this study, denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria is cultivated in SBR at first and aerobic biomembrane is cultivated at the same time. The baffle reactor has features like its simple structure, costs low while running and it can run consecutively. As so many advantages, baffle reactor is used in this study. Inoculating denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria and aerobic biomembrane into different camerae of ABR reactor, then It's the two-sludge system. This process is operated by continuously inputting water. Parameters of the process are studied in this study and the effection of denitrifying phosphorus removing caused under different conditions. The results showed that the normal operation is based on right releasing of phosphorus and PHB which can provide energy by degrading organics. Besides, the amount of electron acceptors affects a lot on denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria. HRT, the percent of reflow and C/N, N/P can also influent the effect of dinitrification and removal of phosphorus. The study showed that when the condition is controlled under this: the percent of nitration reflow is 280%, HRT is 11.73 hours, C/N is 6.5~7.8, N/P is 8~10, we can get the best effect. When the concentration of total nitrogen is controlled at 31.3~42.7mg/L, ammonia nitrogen at 21~36.6mg/L, COD is 163.9~271.8mg/L and the concentration of phosphorus is 4.3~5.6mg/L, the reactor can remove about 64.9% total nitrogen, 99.9% ammonia nitrogen, 88.7% COD, 92.39% phosphorus and the concentration of effluent 14.2mg/L, 0.04mg/L, 22.7mg/L, 0.37mg/L respectively.
