Research On The Control Of Processing Quality When Cutting Nickel-base Superalloyat High Speed

Nickel-base superalloy has been widely used in aerospace field, such as the manufacture of aviation engines.because of its excellent performance ,hardness,stability and fatigue at high temperature which lead to its well eervice harsh environment when temperature is high,such as half of the advanced engines have been made by the use of nickel-base superalloy.However there are series of disadvantages in cutting process such as large cutting force,high cutting temperature,serious tool wear and uncontrolled surface quality to keep the production efficiency from improving.This paper will conduct topic researches on improving the production efficiency and surface quality,with the material GH4169,which includes the three contents as follows.Firstly, design the experimental on cutting GH4169 in order to find the connection between cutting speed,the cutting feed , rake angle and the surface roughness , cutting force and cutting temperature,and summarize the rules about them.Take the experimental design on the different effects from the cutting speed ,the cutting feed and the tool front to the tool life,and get the optimization of the different tool front and coating.Secondly model the establishment of surface roughness by neural network, take the optimization of the best suited models According to the cutting experiments,and export the mathematical model with the the effective range of Predict .Finally,according to the requirements from the optimization of the cutting parameters,with the GA and the improved GA,optimizate the cutting parameters through the model.
