Technical Study On High-pressure Steam Jet Cleaning Method

After the oil operations, pipelines often appear oily, scale and iron oxides phenomenon. Boiling hot water wash is to clean the pipe to be placed in boiling water in the pool, cleaning. This cleaning method is very inefficient, but also in the pipeline vulnerable to salvage the process of secondary pollution of surface oil slicks, cleaning result is not satisfactory; chemicals used for cleaning of environmental pollution is very serious; high pressure water jet at low temperature, on the thick fuel oil is difficult to clean.In this paper, based on extensive research, theoretical analysis and experimental study made use of high-pressure steam jet cleaning thick insulation tube technology, which is in heavy oil pipe cleaning in a new pipeline cleaning technology. After full theoretical analysis and experimental research, high-pressure steam jet can not only improve the quality of heavy oil insulated pipe cleaning, and no environmental pollution. It is an ideal new cleaning technology.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research methods on the high-pressure steam jet cleaning oil pipe insulation parameters were fully analyzed, and used high-pressure steam jet cleaning nozzles was optimized. Finally high pressure steam jet cleaning heavy oil thermal management in new ways to promote the use in the field and made good cleaning effect.Heavy oil high-pressure steam jet pipe cleaning technology, pipeline cleaning can greatly improve the quality and efficiency. Pipeline repair rate increases, reducing the number of scrap tubing for the oil to reduce unnecessary economic loss, directly improving the economic benefits of the oilfield.
