Oil shale has become the focus of research and development around the world.Actively seeking new technologies and new methods of oil shale's development and utilization not only can ease the oil and gas external dependency,and also can solve the energy crisis of our country.In the background of in-situ superheated steam injection mining shale oil and gas and on the basis of mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale,the paper,by using the method of experimental research,studies on insulation of 600? superheated steam pipeline and the use of heat energy recycling and waste heat resources in mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows(1)On the basis of the existing insulation measures for the transfer line of superheated steam,the paper study on insulation characteristics,insulation structure and insulation materials of 600? superheated steam pipeline by choosing foam asbestos,ceramic fiber blanket and aluminum silicate fiber blanket as different thermal insulation material and designing different experimental program.It reveals temperature variation with time of the different thickness of thermal insulation layer under different thermal insulation material and thermal insulation structure,especially studying on the radiation heat transfer in thermal insulation layers.Conclusing:?Using foam asbestos and aluminum foil insulation structure,in the range of 84 to 200 mm of insulation layer thickness,under the same insulation thickness,compared to only using foam asbestos,foam asbestos and aluminum foil insulation structure that covered with 7-10 aluminum foil layers can reduce heat flow 30%-70%.?Using ceramic fiber blanket and aluminum foil insulation structure,when the insulation layer thickness of 150 mm,the insulation layers with adding 5 layer of aluminum foil can reduce the heat loss more than 10%.?Using the aluminum silicate fiber blanket and aluminum foil insulation structure,when the insulation layer thickness of 150 mm,the insulation layers with adding 2,4,6,8,10 layer of aluminum foil can respectively reduce the heat loss 4.91%,13.45%,18.35%,22.04%,24.76%.But when the aluminum foil layers more than 6 layers,the gradient heat flow reduced gradually smaller,more than 8 layers of aluminum foil,heat flow loss trend changed little.?It meets the fourth polynomial relation between the thickness and the average temperature of the different insulation layers,related coefficient over 0.99.Combined with the experiment and research,the paper has provided referential proposal of selecting insulation materials and optimizing the insulation structure for 600?superheated steam pipelines(2)In the whole system of mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale as the research object,the paper statistics and analyzes water injection,discharge water yield,superheated steam temperature,liquefied petroleum gas usage,out of the water temperature in a certain period of time of the system,and calculate the cyclic utilization of water and heat.It reveals the heat cyclic law of the system.Conclusing:The water cyclic utilization of mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale can reach more than 83%,but the effective utilization of heat energy is only 42.71%.More than 53%of heat energy is discharged from the production Wells in the form of low temperature(130?200?)heat(3)The paper statistics heat transfer of the Condensing equipment of mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale,and researches and analyzes waste heat resources by low-temperature power generation of waste heat.Conclusing:More than 83%waste heat energy that is discharged from producing well of mining oil and gas experiment of in-situ fracturing and pyrolysis oil shale can be recycled.Heat recovery average utilization of low temperature power generation system of waste heat resources can reach more than 13.19%,although its initial investment is large,it has huge benefits,obvious energy saving effect,to fundamentally solve the problem of electricity,been suitable for field engineering.
