| In the first part, we summarize the achievements of safety management at home andboard, and point the study achievements of causes of safety production accidentshappened in iron&steel enterprises. In order to clear how the situation of safe productionof iron&steel industry in China, this paper collects67effective accidents happened from2001to2012, and these accidents are found in the query system of accident in thewebsite of State Administration of Work Safety. Some typical accident-causing theoriesare analyzed, and the major influential factors that occurred in the accident are confirmed.Statistics suggest that11kinds of accidents are covered. Among them, poisoning andasphyxia has occurred in most accidents. By comparing the number of accidentshappened during the day and night separately, it analyses the impact on the accidents.Based on the production process of iron&steel enterprises, we analyzes the majordangerous materials appeared in poisoning and asphyxia accidents, and point out thedangerous environment, such as high temperature, high pressure, and working at heightand so on, that the whole production process has. During the study of common cause, weseparate it from two parts, one is microcosmic common causes, the other one ismacroscopic common causes. There are6indexes that are analyzed in microcosmicaspect, which include21basic elements. And it finally confirms3microcosmic commoncauses, such as management decisions, safety skills, site supervision. The study ofmacroscopic common causes is different from microcosmic common causes. Firstly, theindexes are directly confirmed to macroscopic common causes. Secondly, the purpose ofusing grey relational analysis is to compare the variation trend of macroscopic commoncauses and the situation of safety production. According to the analysis, it is clear thatthere is inharmonious development in iron&steel enterprises, meanwhile, it analyses thesynergy between the two kinds of causes, and points out the key emphasis in future study. |
