Research On The Innovative Elements And Routes Of H Iron & Steel Logistics Company

The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of business model,and the business model that matches the business characteristics of enterprises is the power source for enterprises to obtain sustainable development.The iron and steel logistics industry is a strategic industry to support the development of the iron and steel industry.Taking H Iron and Steel logistics company(“H company”)as the research object,to study the elements and paths of business model innovation of iron and steel logistics enterprises.Based on the word frequency of the elements of the business model,to summarize the key elements of the business model to form a preliminary index system of business model,then to order the key elements of the business model of iron and steel logistics enterprises by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)based on the above key elements of the business nodel;To analysis H company's features of business model and operation status by SWOT analysis with canvas and find its business model problem and source of innovation,then to demonstrate these problem using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and to use these outcome which is the sorting order of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to compare with industry business model elements among key element sorting puts forward four key factors of H company business model innovation--the Key Activities,Key Partnership,Organization Structure,key resources;and Four paths of business model innovation of H company,including establishing distribution centers to strengthen key Activities,optimizing important cooperation of extended Key partnership,unified management and control of similar logistics businesses to strengthen Centralized Management,financial integration and electronic platform integration to enhance the effectiveness of Key Resources.
