With the depth of coal mining increase, high stress soft rock safety construction anddeformation control is one of the important and difficult problems to realize safety andefficient in mining. Therefore, through analyzing the characteristics of surrounding rock,rock stress state and destroy mechanisms, studying to determine the differentiatedtechnologies and means of effecting to control roadway deformation, which have importantsignificance to come true coal mine safety and efficient production and enterprisesustainable development.As Lin Nancang mine-650m orbital shek mun and return air shek mun forbackground, through analyze distortion law of this argillaceous soft rock roadway, inaddition to hydrological, geological structure and other external conditions, at the sametime analyze surrounding rock microstructure structure, combine with scanning electronmicroscope and transmission electron microscope of typical rock sample and X-rayscattering results, by surrounding rock deformation mechanics calculation and crustalstress measurement analysis, find fundamentally the deformation mechanism of roadway,which provides a scientific basis for supporting parameter design. Using round Salenconformula and FLAC3D to numerical simulation, get stability support strength at0.2MPa,0.5MPa and1.0MP above, put forward differentiation combined support system asconventional anchor, shed wall back filling and pouring concrete disassimilation and so on,in which helpstrengthen the leg lock bolt, anchor cable, shallow arch bottom beam anddoublereinforcement are all beneficial improvement to the existing technology. There alsoanalyze mine pressure observation after engineering application,adopting the method of"cross wiring" and borehole imaging analyze the effect respectively on the surfacedisplacement convergence of roadway and the regularities of distribution of insideroadway surrounding rock fracture, to understand deep roadway surrounding changesthrough multi-point displacement meter, dynamometry bolt and bolt (cable) dynamometercan directly obtain the situation of roadway surrounding rock, all these can provide reliabledata for the actual effect of engineering application, meanwhile, which also settle realityfoundation for scientific observation to mine pressure of soft rock roadway pressure infuture.The field measurement in Lin Nancang mine-650m orbital shek mun and return airshek mun analyze show that, through using differentiated supporting roadway asconventional shotcrete support, U-shaped steel grouting support, backfilling support,shallow arch bottom support and reinforced concrete beam support et al, surrounding rockdeformation have get fundamental control, the roadway soon reach overall stability,proving the rationality and feasibility of differentiation supporting.
