With the increasing number of underground mines,the issue of roadway support is increasingly drawing attention from researchers.Soft rock roadway support has always been a key and difficult point in roadway support.In this paper,the most severely deformed granite soft rock roadway in the 1415 horizontal ore section of the peak of Yunnan peak mine is studied.In this study,a field survey of the horizontal roadway was first conducted.It was found that the surrounding rock of the roadway in the section was seriously deformed or even collapsed.The area was then sampled in a serious area of surrounding rock deformation,and the mine was discovered based on the information provided by the mine and previous on-site construction experience.The roadway must be supported in time and the strength requirements of the support are much higher than other lithological roadways.Because of the nature of the surrounding rock,it is difficult to complete the grouting process and it is impossible to strengthen the surrounding rock properties by grouting.Later,through on-site investigation and analysis as well as processing and indoor testing of the sampled rock,it was determined that the roadway surrounding rock was broken granite,and it had the characteristics of engineering soft rock and the rock was inflated.Therefore,the support plan was improved based on survey data and research.?1?Through reviewing a large number of documents,we have acquainted itself with the definition of soft rock and the research status of soft rock support both at home and abroad,and summarized and summarized the theoretical research on it,and studied the research status and applicable conditions of advanced support technology for pipe shed at home and abroad..?2?According to the research of pipe roof support theory,the mechanism of pipe shed support in soft rock support is determined,and the mechanical model of pipe shed in soft rock tunnel is established.Through the analysis of the pipe shed mechanical model,the acceptance of the pipe shed is obtained.Force conditions and changes in factors such as pipe winding.?3?Site investigation,sampling,understanding of the mine background and data,rock mechanics parameters obtained through rock laboratory tests,and the surrounding rock properties of the roadway were determined based on the site joint fracture investigation and the loose rock circle test.Then through the reduction to get rock mechanical parameters.?4?Through FLAC3D finite element simulation and orthogonal test design analysis,the optimal supporting parameters in the soft rock roadway are determined according to the displacement of the surrounding rock and the size of the plastic zone and the efficiency of the pipe shed in the face.?5?Through FLAC3D,the deformation of the roadway,the size of the plastic zone and the principal stress map of the three different supporting schemes and the original supporting scheme are analyzed to obtain the best improvement supporting scheme.
