Polymer products are widely used in the industrial production and our daily life, most of polymer processings are accompanied by crystallization behavior, crystallization has an important influence on the property of polymer. Now the mainstream CAE(computer aid engi) softwares are based on viscosity model, this cannot reflect the viscoelasticity of polymer materials. This model only consider the effect of temperature, pressure and shear rate,it does not take the effect of crystallization on the viscosity into account.Viscosity is an important rheological parameter. For the limitation of experimental conditions, researchers usually study the relationship between rheological properties and crystallization of polymer separately in the same thermal history and then correspond them together. It is easy to get the dynamic storage modulus and loss modulus from the rheometer. In this paper, the Avrami equation in the isothermal crystallization process, the Giesekus constitutive equation and different equations about crystallinity and viscosity are used to get the formula of dynamic storage modulus and loss modulus. Then through using MATLAB to calculate the value of dynamic storage modulus and loss modulus. Comparing with the experimental results in the literature,we can validate the each relationship between crystallinity and viscosity, modify the parameters of the equations to get a relatively ideal model to describe the relationship between viscosity and crystallinity.
