50 million tons of polyethylene plant packaging workshop perceptual load more, in the production process will produce a large number of reactive power, it reduces the power factor of the system, increases the line power loss and voltage loss reduced the supply and distribution equipment capacity utilization which in the shadow of the sound power quality also increases the operation cost. Therefore, the research and design of reactive power compensation device for workshop network is of practical significance.Aiming at the problem of low power factor and poor power supply quality in the workshop, a scheme of centralized compensation for the low voltage bus with the TCR+TSC compensation device is proposed. First design the main circuit of the device, and to determine the structure and parameters; then designed with DSP as the core controller, and gives the function modules of the hardware circuit and software of the system flow chart; finally with the help of Simulink of TCR + TSC device of the system simulation and hardware debugging and testing of each module of the controller.The results of simulation and experiment show that the structure of the TCR+TSC type dynamic reactive power compensation device is reasonable, responsive and stable, and it can be applied to the workshop of reactive power compensation.
