Electric drill grid system contains a large number of nonlinear loads, these nonlinear load in the normal work will produce a large number of harmonic, make wellsite power grid system power quality drop, seriously affected the normal operation of electrical equipment of the grid.On the basis of characteristic of grid load and harmonic in wellsite drilling rig power, proposed the use of Active Power Filter to improve wellsite drilling rig power grid harmonic and reactive power.First on the basis of the characteristic of drill rig and load of the harmonic wave in the power grid, select voltage shunt active power filter to solve the problem of drill rig power grid harmonic and reactive power.Secondly introduces the detection method of harmonic and reactive current instruction, also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. This paper studies are introduced based on the three-phase harmonic detection method on the basis of the instantaneous reactive power theory. For instruction current tracking control method,in this paper, the methods commonly used at present are analyzed and compared, finally chose the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation method as the current tracking control method in this paper. After identified the method of test harmonic and the compensation current generating method, has carried on the hardware and software design of the whole system.Chooses TMS320F2812 DSP as main control chip, design the voltage and current sampling circuit, control circuit and main circuit. And using MATLAB/SIMULINK system modeling and simulation experiment was carried out. Results show that the active power filter can effectively restrain power grid harmonic electric drill, the result is good.
